At the Cannes Film Festival, Occupation creator and director Luke Sparke announced that a sequel to his "sequel" Occupation: Rainfall will begin production this summer in Australia and that a third film is already being written with the intent to shoot back-to-back with the new film.

Returning are Dan Ewing, Jet Tranter, Charles Gerrard, Dena Malone, and the voice of Jason Isaacs.

Where Ken Jeong appeared in Rainfall, the officially titled Occupation: Rainfall Chapter 2 will have Tricia Helfer, Casper Van Dien, Liam McIntrye, Jeremy Piven, and Danny Trejo.

I still have to see Rainfall, but the original Occupation IMO was amazingly done well. Actually liked it better than Independence Day: Resurgence that's for sure.
