The final fight takes it for me (by the way, Cecep is listed as "Cecelia" in the poll). The Raid 2 has some of the greatest fight scenes of all time as far as modern action goes and it was difficult to pick one. But I think the finale has it all. It's a great example of just how good Iko, Gareth and their team can be.

Thanks for giving me an incentive to rewatch this gem, @DrNgor.

Great movie. As I was watching this thinking of which fight was the best, I struggled thinking “Man they’re all so great, I can’t say one stands out!”

…..until that final showdown between Iko and Cecep. This one does everything the other fights do well, plus it isn’t as one-sided as the rest, making for some awesome choreography and a good tense scrap.

Id say the bout between Iko vs Hammer Girl and Bat Boy that precedes it would be second place for me - everything else is about even… but man they’re all so good!

I'm going with Jet vs Nakamura purely because it has the 3 sectional staff. Honestly, while I love the story of the movie, the action no longer appeals to me. Entirely too much reliance on wire-assistance and over-exaggerated movements. I remember this movie having Jet Li's character use Drunken style and wounding or killing his opponent, resulting in him leaving the martial world for a time. That for me was the best fight in movie, I think.

That platform fight is my choice. I'm not sure why I love it so much. Probably because I'm a sucker for a good elevated platform fight and it's one of the few empty handed action sequences. I love weapons as much as the next guy but hand to hand stuff does it for me. I also think the wire work works really well in this scene.

I love the three section staff fight and at one point it would have been my top choice but the platform fight gets it today.

While I love the stilt fight & the finale, I've always enjoyed the fight between Conan & Sanada. Lots of neat bits in that one.

Conan Lee vs Hiroyuki Sanada gets it. It’s original, choreographed perfectly and is nice and varied.

Every fight sequence in this film is fantastic but this one is the best of a great bunch.

I voted for 'Conan Lee vs. Hiroyuki Sanada'.

Rewatching it got me thinking it would be nice for a BD label like 88 Films or Eureka to have a release with the multiple versions/cuts.

That's another hard call. I'm going with Adkins vs Man & Long. Great rhythm, intricate choreography, and cool impacts. Honestly, I'm kinda surprised that Long opted to screen fight Adkins again in Accident Man 2. I remember once seeing Adkins mention accidently knocking him out while filming and visiting him in the hospital. Hey, it's all in good fun.

Tough choice but I will have to go with the Julie vs Dian & Hannah fight. Not too often do you see a brutal female fight like that.

Also, the video for the Meat Locker fight isn't showing for me.

Definitely Taslim vs Iko. All the action in that movie is BOSS!!!

However, the mix-up between those two is just vicious, and Iko cracking his shin on the support beam with a missed kick owns me.

I actually hadn't included a video because I hadn't found a good one. I included a video for what seems to be part of that set piece.

I think this was the toughest vote for me, so far. The Night Comes for Us is perfection and its fight scenes are varied and top notch. Even its most scrappy fight (the apartment brawl) blows most action scenes out of the water.

But I had to opt for the finale. Mainly because it has everything. It’s the perfect culmination of the film’s elements.
