Hogan telling the truth for once!? I like Theo Von but as Hogan lies so much, it's hard to watch any of his interviews these days. I don't get why he does it as he's lived a life that many will never do and his must have lots of legit stories to tell.

The Saudi PPV on Saturday seems more like filler to get to the next PPV Clash at the Castle.

I don't see any titles changing hands and I'm picking Gunther to win the tournament.

As for AEW Double or Nothing on Sunday, I'd like to see Swerve main event but I got a feeling the Elite are headlining this show while he opens it up.

Also announced today that Summerslam 2026 will be on 2 nights on August 1 & August 2, 2026 in Minneapolis, MN.  I figure that's probably to make up for them not getting Wrestlemania. 

It is very ambitious as Mania usually sells out because it's Wrestlemania, Summerslam does not have that same prestige attached to it.

The winner of the King/Queen of the Ring will get a title shot at their brand's World title at Summerslam this year.

Still picking Gunther to win.

DON was alright. Swerve/Cage was meh. I don't think Swerve has been presented as a solid champion. His finisher sucks so bad too! Having the opponent just sit there looking up while Swerve prepares to hit it looks awful!

I enjoyed the Nightingale/Mone match. Pretty damn good work by both ladies! A heel Statlander should hopefully give her some character now as she sucks as a face.

MJF's promo was great! AEW really needs him right now. He does need to stop with the fan tan though!

The Anarchy match wasn't as good some of the previous ones and I did get bored by the end. Also I have no idea why Dax was dressed as Ishii.

Disappointed that Takeshita lost! He is awesome and way better than Mox! Ugh!

I didn't care too much for the rest.

I was irked that they let Mercedes Mone take the championship from Willow. Willow is on fire at the moment and should have at least two or three matches with Mercedes before dropping the title to her. Although, I did very much enjoy the match despite Mercedes looking a bit rusty at times.

I really enjoyed the Adam Copeland/Malakai Black match. Proper brutal stuff. The Gangrel appearence was predictable but let's be honest, we all wanted it. Copeland may have royally fucked his knees with that top of the case jump though. Why he deecided to land on his feet, I don't know.

Swerve is a yawn worthy as a champ. He's ok on the mic and can be very good in the ring but most of the time he's just so dull. Also, his entrance music is the worst in the company. Worse than Don Callis' and that's saying something.

Glad to have MJF back and I'm glad that he's tossing his "lighter" personality to the side. He can be very humorous but it's time he leans into his anger. He's easily the best on the mic right now.

All in all, a solid show with some minor misteps.

The AEW PPV was okay, I would think if you're set on fire that you should be done for the night but somehow Jack Perry managed to get the win for his team.  

That was a dumb spot by Edge to do at his age, now he's going to be gone for probably 4-6 months because of it.

Glad Swerve retained on Sunday, I got a feeling he will be facing Perry at some point soon.

Cool to see MJF back doing his best Triple-H 2000 impersonation.

The King & Queen of the Ring PPV was decent, the only surprise was Liv winning the title off Becky.

Nia squashing Lyra was crazy, I thought she was dead lol.

Gunther winning the KOTR and will more than likely get the World title at Summerslam.

AEW Dynamite was decent last night, I'm surprised that they are having Will Ospreay go after the World Title so soon.  I'm hoping Swerve retains though.

For a second I thought they would give Jack Perry the TNT title but having him win it a ladder match is cool with me too.

Glad to see Christopher Daniels as an authority figure as Tony Khan is too awkward to be a full time TV character.

Swerve should win as a loss for Ospreay won't effect him. If the title does change hands then Swerve will have had a shitty title run!

Dynamite was OK but MJF should of been on it. AEW do solid  PPVs but they never follow it up with a solid Dynamite.

For someone who was burned, Perry seems to be doing pretty good.

Agree with Daniels being a mouth piece for TK. As you say he's one awkward fella!

There are rumors that Ricochet is leaving WWE once his contact expires this summer.  I can see him going to AEW and having some matches with Will Ospreay before fading into the midcard and feuding with Undisputed Kingdom or something.  He's a good hand but not a major loss.
