Adverse (2021) - Thomas Ian Nicholas, Mickey Rourke, Penelope Ann Miller, Lou Diamond Phillips

Released back in March, this one stars former child star Thomas Ian Nicholas (Rookie of the Year/American Pie) as a former gangster who infiltrates a drug lord's organization when he becomes the driver for the drug lord himself (Mickey Rourke), who is responsible for his sister's death. Penelope Ann Miller plays Nicholas' estranged mother and Lou Diamond Phillips plays his psychiatrist. Sean Astin even has an extended cameo as Nicholas' boss for a rideshare company. Writer/director Brian A. Metcalf even gets in on the fun as a nightclub owner working for Rourke. 

Nicholas isn't the only former 90s child star in the film either. Andrew Keegan (Camp Nowhere) and Luke Edwards (Little Big League) play two of Rourke's cronies in this one as well.
