Can anyone ID this film?

Hank Graham

Question

Hank Graham
I'm looking for identification for a movie I saw back in the 80's (I think).
There were two extraodinary scenes in it:
The young hero jumps his mother, who successfully fights him off while using her martial arts moves to fold her laundry.
The young hero and another young man have a duel in a china shop, where the blows manage to just miss all the pottery, and the man fighting him keeps loading him down with pottery which the hero tries to save.
Anyone know what movie this was?

Nope. This is a different scene. The one I saw it was definitely his mother he was fighting with, not his sister. And the mother was completely imperturbable as she blocked all her son's blows, while using the motion to fold her laundry at the same time.

Are you 100% sure that both the laundry and pottery scenario is from the same film? Cuz through the years, we've had countless of these types of posts where people mash together old faded, movie memories in their mind. It's just that makes it a bit tougher to pin down, though someone on here usually chimes in with the right answer.

Also, ANY additional detail you can give is helpful.

I'm also familiar with the scene of the laundry. Could it be Dragon's claws ?

It's not that. I found it on YouTube, and it doesn't contain either of the scenes I remember.
