I'm currently testing the blu ray of The Chinese Boxer while writing some stories. I know that there are a lot of similar stories in movies, but I wonder if The Chinese Boxer might be a remake of King Boxer ? Except that Wang Yu doesn't have another master in the movie, and, if I remember well, there is no tournament, the story is quite the same.
