Moderator One Armed Boxer Posted April 1, 2021 Moderator Share Posted April 1, 2021 Proving that reboots aren't only for superheroes, Steven Seagal has confirmed he plans to reboot 1998's 'The Patriot', which in many territories was his first DTV flick. The "reimagining", simply called 'Patriot', will re-team Seagal with his director of choice throughout the 10's, Keoni Waxman, and is due to start shooting next month. Member Super Ninja Posted April 1, 2021 Member Share Posted April 1, 2021 I honestly don't understand why Seagal favors Waxman so much, I wouldn't call him a good director if he paid me to say it. I am looking forward to their new collaboration to some limited extent, this will be their tenth film made together I believe?

Moderator One Armed Boxer Posted April 2, 2021 Author Moderator Share Posted April 2, 2021 Apologies for anyone who was excited about this pseudo-Seagal release, alas it's our annual COF April Fools' where we do our best to lose half of our readership every year (which would leave about 10 people visiting the site on a regular basis).
