Chinese movie newly released on dvd format

I got this dvd and i wonder what is the title in English, if it exists.

I just discovered on yesasia that it existed only in vcd format under the Chinese title Biao Wang, and according to the German title, I guess that it deals with the opium war or something like that. The lead actor An Yaping has only a very few titles mentioned on hkmdb (and not this one) and a little but more on hkcinemagic (but still not this one) and the movie looks good.

If anyone has any info on it, it would be great. From what I understand while listening to the Mandarin dialogue when I'm working, it may be a historical movie telling the story of a guy called Wang Zhaxi, who maybe was a historical person, I don't know.

There are some good fights, from what I see when i take a glimpse to the movie...

Some weeks ago I remember discussion about this movie - that it does not seem to be listed on HKMDB, and someone translated the title as KING OF DARTS. There is a review on imdb, the description on ofdb translates to "The rules of kung fu forbid opium trade. Therefore, Master Zhaxie  feels dishonored when Kung Fu Master Jin Li reproaches him of just that. Large amounts of the drug had been found in a relief supplies shipment that had been guarded by Zhaxie. Zhaxie is looking for the criminals on his own, and makes a shocking discovery."

Ah, this title of King of darts rings a bell to me and I'm happy to have bought it !

On hkmdb, the actor An Yaping is also mentioned as An Ping, and I wonder if it's the same as the one we see in One foot crane. He is also mentioned in some Shaws' movies on hkcinemagic.

The settings in the menu won't show any subtitles, and I confess that I didn't try the subtitles option of my remote to see if there are any or not...
