Insanity Being (1972) and Tiger, Tiger, Tiger (1973) mix-up

Just out of curiosity

I recently noticed that images for Tiger, Tiger, Tiger (1973) is using a picture from Insanity Being (1972). This makes me curious, if this was the fact for all promotional images for that movie as there is also Chinese language images featuring that particular image. Anyone here ever seen a poster or some other promotional images for Tiger, Tiger, Tiger that don’t use this picture of Doris Lung Chun-Erh?

First, it's not Doris Lung on the picture, but Kuo Xiao Chuang, the main heroine of Tiger ! Tiger ! Tiger !

As this actress also plays the female lead in Insanity Being, I'm not surprised that they put her image from Tiger, Tiger, Tiger on the poster of Insanity Being...

With my small  knowledge of Tiger, Tiger, Tiger, the poster showing Kuo Xiao Chuang thrice on the image is the only one I ever saw for this movie.
