Ellen Hollman, who played Zephyr on Into the Badlands, becomes a one-woman army against the redneck cartel who killed her husband and left her for dead. The fight scenes were done by Hollman's husband, 87Eleven Stunt Team member Stephen Dunlevy. The film is coming out Tuesday on DVD and Digital. Executive produced by Aaron Norris.

It was so much fun talking to Ellen. We talked about Army of One, fight choreography (she does a oner in the film with only ONE HOUR of prep time) and a bit about Matrix 4 (which she will appear in).

I like Ellen Hollman. I think that she would have made for a far more compelling protagonist in Blindspot than Jaimie Alexander.
