Korean Drunken Master - Reviewed by COF

I'm looking for a korean MA movie from the 2000's. I remember seeing a review on cityonfire.com which if I remember correctly compared it to Drunken Master. I've been searching but can't seem to locate the specific title. It's driving me mad I also recall that it was never released or only on DVD without subs. Help would be highly appreciated!

@One Armed Boxer Is the korean DVD (no english subs) still the only way to watch this? Or any streaming service pick this up...

Not sure if any streaming services have picked it up, but the Korean DVD without English subtitles is still readily available.
