0 Member ShawAngela Posted November 3, 2020 Member Share Posted November 3, 2020 I think that most Chia Ling's, Shan Kuan Ling Fung's and Chang Ching Ching's movies should answer the title of your question.
0 Member Secret Executioner Posted November 3, 2020 Member Share Posted November 3, 2020 Kung Fu Girls AKA Three and Half dumb Kung Fu Girls (Taiwan, 1978) is a female-led, very comedy-oriented film with the lead characters fighting among each others and fighting other women at least once.

0 Member Secret Executioner Posted November 3, 2020 Member Share Posted November 3, 2020 I'd be tempted to add Heroic Trio and Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon. Female-centric and lots of action from the ladies, though they may not tick the "classic" box.

No One Can Touch Her has a few fighting females, but Judy Lee and her co-star don't really cut loose until the finale. So it's not quite there in terms of sheer quantity of female action.

Josephine Siao gets three fights: one against Sibelle Hu, one where she teams up with Jet against Vincent Zhao, and she kills some soldiers with a sword in the finale.

Then how about we switch in Matching Escort (1982) with Pearl Chang Ling.

Her "Phoenix Ninja" trilogy--Matching Escort; Miraculous Flower and Wolf Devil Woman--is so cracked.

0 Member Yihetuan Posted November 7, 2020 Member Share Posted November 7, 2020 (edited) Hey guys, what about the Shaw movie, 14 AMAZONS? The epic Song Dynasty tale of the Yang Generals and the surviving female clan of the Yang family going to battle against the tangut barbarians to avenge their fallen men. Technically, one of the survivors is the teenage grandson but he is played by the ever lovely Ivy Ho! 0 Member Yihetuan Posted November 8, 2020 Member Share Posted November 8, 2020 Just a correction, I wrote Ivy Ho but I meant Lily Ho, who plays the grandson. Maybe I had the Huangmei Opera star Ivy Po on my mind? 5
