I'm guessing you're trying to gather more info on TV series that has little of that online. The picture comes from the 1977 RTV series Bi Xue Jian aka Sword stained with royal blood, but I don't remember if Ingrid Hu is mentioned in the cast on wikipedia, and they don't list everybody... As I don't remember at all the Shaws' movies with the same title and the series is in Cantonese, it's a little bit hard to follow.
