The Heroes At Border Region

Never heard of this movie I just found in Ti Lung's filmography on hkmdb. Can someone shed some light on this?

On THE HEROIC ONE (INHERITOR OF KUNG FU) site they say it would be its sequel.

From what I remember Ti Lung was contracted to do 2 films with Pao Hsueh Li, but after the first one turned out to be such a mess he refused to do the 2nd one, so they took 10 minutes of footage from The Heroic One and placed it in Hero at the Border Region. I think because they had already announced that he was in it. It's all archive footage.

I saw this a while back (mid 80's), I think Ti Lung was only in there for a short amount of time. If I remember correctly, Pearl Chang & Yuen Cheng-Yan are the main stars of this movie.
