Hi and thanks to those who responded to my first question. I really appreciate your help. Here is another movie from my childhood that I cant find figure out the title.
It is a pressure points movie involving stolen parts of a manual of techniques. Here the main antagonist implants a metal plate( gold crest?) on his vital point which is either on his heart or at his back. In this movie the technique allows fighters to freeze/paralyze parts of his opponents. What I find interesting here is that the knowledge of the technique also allows you to deactivate the paralyzed parts. There are so many scenes like this in the movie that I like to see again. I do hope what I can remember is enough or accurate for some to identify. Many thanks!
