If you look at each year of the 2010s you will see that no other year of that decade had more martial arts movies and more average or above martial arts movies.

2010 gave us..

True Legend

Reign of Assassins

14 Blades

Ip Man 2

Ong Bak 3

Legend of the Fist: Return of Chen Zhen

Detective Dee and the Mystery of the Phantom Flame

You also had "13 Assassins" out of Japan and "The Man From Nowhere" out of Korea.

Do you agree there hasn't been a year as good as 2010?

A year as good as 2010 out of like all the years ever? :)

Lol no. I guess I'm asking if it's the best year of that decade.

It may not even be a great year overall but i think it's still better than the rest cause of the amount of output and its average quality overall.

Just seems like each year since we have had fewer and fewer movies released.

Gallants and Bad Blood also came out in 2010.  These two alone make it a great year in my book.  I also love True Legend and Reign.  Ip Man 2 is quite entertaining too so yeah, I think 2010 might win the decade.

I don't. Half the movies on that list I found to be a major disappointment. Granted, I can't tell you a better year for them off the top of my head, but I'm not seeing 2010 as it.
