Member Cognoscente Posted July 7, 2022 Member Share Posted July 7, 2022 It's peculiar how many Bruce Li movies involve him fighting in a playground... New Game of Death: Li walks into a park before being chased into a playground. Exit the Dragon, Enter the Tiger: Li fights Lung Fei in a playground. Fists of Bruce Lee: Li walks with his girlfriend before being besieged by thugs who chase them into a playground.

Member dionbrother Posted July 10, 2022 Member Share Posted July 10, 2022 Playgrounds are the perfect setting for low budget fight scenes. Stuntmen don't have to worry about damaging furniture or props, plus choreography can probably be improvised quickly with acrobatics easily utilized in a fight via monkey bars, swings, etc. Contrast it with the living room fight in EXIT THE DRAGON, ENTER THE TIGER where Ho Chung Tao and crew are careful to avoid tables, chairs and shelves while brawling.
