Last year I wrote a magazine article on soundtracks and themes used for Kung Fu films of the 1970's and early 80's and I've translated the article to my site. The article explores the many soundtracks, themes and cues used (sometimes taken from other films) as a cinematic backdrop.

I always love learning more about the origins of the sounds and music used in classic kung fu films. Very nice read. Thanks for sharing.

It would be nice to watch a Kung Fu movie where they incorporate different instruments like a didgeridoo or a sitar.
