Kane Hodder will perhaps be forever known as Jason Voorhees for a good portion of the Friday the 13th franchise (Parts VII-X) as well as Victor Crowley in the Hatchet franchise. He is also a well-respected stuntman and stunt coordinator. Martial arts fans will know him for his appearances in the first two Best of the Best films. In part 1, he played redneck Burt, whose girlfriend was hit on by Travis and in Part 2, he played the outside guard of the Coliseum who Travis convinced to let Walter in.

This documentary talks about Hodder's life, from his childhood to his career as Jason, but to think that in his early days as a stuntman, it almost ended too soon. On June 13, 1977, a fire stunt went awry and Hodder nearly lost his life after being engulfed in flames. The next six months would be the hardest for him. However, he overcame the odds and to this day, continues to work as an actor, stuntman, stunt coordinator, and podcast host (Fangoria's Casuality Friday podcast).

The documentary is now airing on both Amazon Prime and Shudder.
