It's about a couple of thieves who pull off jewelry heists in HK and flee to a booby trapped hideout in the Philippines. Weng Weng shows up in the second half of the movie and chases them around with a gang. It's all quick combat and shooting. The footage below comes from a Tai Seng VHS that I just digitally transferred today. I didn't enhance it in any way.
