Decorated veteran and PTSD sufferer, Jason Hill (Sean Patrick Flanery) is meeting his wife, Jennifer, for lunch at the Veteran’s Affairs hospital where she works. After Jennifer is called away for an emergency consultation with a US military Chief of Staff, Jason leaves the VA with a strong feeling that something isn’t quite right. He doubles back to take a second look, just as the hospital and everyone in it is taken hostage by heavily armed terrorists. With all communications in and out of the hospital cut off, Jason becomes the last line of defense and must battle the terrorists and his own PTSD induced demons to save his wife, the General and the rest of the hospital staff.

The lead villain is played by Nicolas Cage's son Weston Cage Coppola and we get a Flanery vs. Dacascos fight from the trailer. Flanery is a BJJ black-belt and even runs own martial arts school.

Watched it today and well, it's pretty B-movie standard. Sean Patrick Flanery is the PTSD-stricken hero who must use his skills against an international terrorist group, led by Weston Cage Coppola's Rabikov (at times, he gives a OTT performance that will make his dad proud). Michael Jai White has no action and plays is straight as the town's police chief. Mark Dacascos is a sniper who then gets in a brief fistacuffs with Flanery (who during the fight compliments Dacascos on his martial arts prowess). Rob Van Dam is also wasted as bumbling terrorist Marty, aka Zero, who just sits in the van waiting for orders. I was shocked at the performance of Richard Gabai as Rabikov's henchman Erik because I was used to seeing him work on goofy comedies and this was a welcome against type for him. (Gabai was the writer and director of the controversial Teen Boxer aka Kickboxing Academy)

It's pretty much a watch one time and then you'll most likely forget about it.
