I enjoyed Cowboy Bebop for the most part. A shame a 2nd season wasn't made as I think it would of improved. NETFLIX just love cancelling everything!

Member Chu Liu Hsiang Posted June 3 Member Share Posted June 3 I don't know anything about ONE PIECE apart from it being a manga and having game and anime adaptations. I started watching the live action because a friend w/o netflix wanted to have a glimpse of it. I'm now some episodes in and really enjoy it. I'm ready to join Ruffy's Strawhat Pirates and sail the Grandline! I also liked the live action COWBOY BEBOP and plan to watch the anime. Neither is flawless but it's damn fun and inventive and kinda exciting and great characters, some likeably, some disgustingly so.
Member AlbertV Posted June 3 Author Member Share Posted June 3 (edited) According to one of the supporting actors, they may be splitting Season 2 in 2 parts as it will cover the "Arabasta" arc. Or it may actually be a season 2-3 back-to-back thing? https://www.darkhorizons.com/one-piece-to-film-s2-s3-together/ Edited June 4 by AlbertV

Member AlbertV Posted August 20 Author Member Share Posted August 20 Eiichiro Oda gave an update on season 2. He announced what arcs the new season will cover. He will be ending the East Blue Sea saga and start the Arabasta saga but season 3 will cover much of the Arabasta saga should it go to a 3rd season. These are the arcs being covered in season 2: “Loguetown,” “Reverse Mountain,” “Whiskey Peak,” “Little Garden” and “Drum Island”. He also announced beginning tomorrow, there will be more casting announcements for the next 3 days and it;s likely we will finally see who will voice Tony Tony Chopper and play Nico Robin as well as Dr. Kureha (sadly, Jamie Lee Curtis is not going to be taking the role due to schedule conflicts with upcoming projects...but at least she had sparked interest in the role).
