Guest kung fu 750
Ya I have it It's cool, lots of drama not as much action. But the action that's there is cool. If you like Korean movies like i do you will like it Ron from Kansas
Guest jmungus
imo this here formula applies: japan got their "shinobi" china got their "HOFD"/"promise"/"chinese tall story" now korea got their "restless" if u re into the above mentioned movies (not required to love em wholeheartedly, none of em is a milestone after all), then u wont be disappointed in the restless. its not unlikely u ll even find "the restless" to be the best of em. that being said, this movie isnt free of faults, but its also got some goodies in the bag & is very decent in general. it may help not to expect a swordsplay movie. its a supernatural (period) fantasy flick first and foremost; equipped with equal amounts of romance and action. the action consists of some sword fighting and various other elements hk/chinese and korean film makers are known to use to create action sequences. most impressive were some (not all) of the action sequences and parts of the set design. eye candy alert! theres tighter screenplays, better acting and smarter direction (yet another korean first time director); expect nothing else but good standard korean big budget epic movie craftsmanship though. if u re familiar with or interested in the whole koong tuck thing (keywords: buddhism, death, limbo, 49 days of the spirit roaming the earth before entering afterlife for good, good/redeeming deeds), then u may get a kick out of their concept/design of this "limbo/spirits world and physics". anyhoo, this also poses the plot`s backbone. yep, its another "restless soul" flick
