Member ShawAngela Posted October 31, 2019 Member Share Posted October 31, 2019 As there are so many movies with very good songs in the Shaws' library, I thought that it would be cool to have a topic about these songs. I'll begin with the superb ending song of the movie Song of tomorrow, 1967 , sung by Tsing Ting (but I found on youtubr a 1960 version sung by Tse Wei) : The English and Mandarin lyrics are mentioned on youtube. And here is Tse Wei's version :

Member ShawAngela Posted October 31, 2019 Author Member Share Posted October 31, 2019 I don't think that this comes from a Shaws' movie, but I think that it has his place here, with respects to the late Fu Sheng. It's the first time that I see this clip :

Member ShawAngela Posted November 11, 2019 Author Member Share Posted November 11, 2019 i don't know how come, but the first clip I posted was Tsin Ting singing ths whole song, and now it's another clip from the movie, but the song isn't complete, so, here is again the whole Song of tomorrow sung by Tsin Ting : It seems that once again, the copy-paste of a link doesn't properly work !! Member ShawAngela Posted November 11, 2019 Author Member Share Posted November 11, 2019 Again, not Shaws' song, but here is a clip of Jenny Tseng and Fu Sheng's daughter. She really looks like her father, in my opinion, even if she also looks like her mother...

Member ShawAngela Posted November 11, 2019 Author Member Share Posted November 11, 2019 I finally found the third version of Song of tomorrow. I don't know if it's Chiao Chuang himself who sings. And by the way, I just saw on hkmdb that he died in 2008, I wasn't even aware of this !
