In this one, Cordell Walker is a broken widower who after a high-profile undercover case for two years returns home to Austin to find more work needs to be done at home. He partners up with one of the only female Rangers in history to accomplish his missions at home. Right now, it is still in development. Right now, there's no network attached but the CW may be a possibility. Padalecki learned martial arts for Supernatural and actually used them in a real-life bar fight when he and co-star Jensen Ackles took on a group of drunk goons who mistook the duo for harassing a young woman, who turned out was a big fan of the series. Member CT KID Posted October 18, 2019 Member Share Posted October 18, 2019 Chuck will be a hard act to follow imo in his signature role but as this is a reboot Padalecki doesn't have too and I shouldn't compare. They took several aspect of Norris real-life and put it into Walker that i dont know how are going they to pull this off with another actor. They will have to change it so much that wont be Cordell Walker. They should just said that He is A Walker, like Cordells son or something like that, so they can keep the name and still call the series Walker Texas Ranger without having to change the stablish character.
