Final Night of the Royal Hong Kong Police

I happened across this film on Jaman. The title says it all. It consists of two different stories of officers on the night of the handover of Hong Kong to China. I found it very informative, especially the first half. Through narrative, it contrasted the old times of the the British takeover (complete with footage of the riots and protesters), when the people were up in arms against the invaders, with the current times when the people were up in arms over the Communist 'invaders'. I was dozing off during the second part (no disrespect to the film; I was tired).

Anyway, I would really like to get a copy of this. It does not appear to have gotten a release. It came out in '02. Any help on this matter would be appreciated.
