Dolph Lundgren is set to star in this Micheal Worth(Enter The Shootfighter) Frank Valdez scripted movie. Based on a story by Lundgren, who is also set to take on directing duties. According to the movies IMDB page. Wanted Man will be produced by Dolph's Acceleration and Hard Night Falling co-star Natalie Burn.

Frank Valdez actually didn't work on the script.  Probably just a producer.  Worth wrote it with Dolph being involved with ideas and story direction through the process.  Worth may have a supporting role as well.  They are discussing July/August for a shoot date but nothing is set in stone regarding production dates til they get back from Cannes.

From earlier drafts, looks to be a little The Guauntlet mixed in with some dark comedy, ala Small Town Crime. Takes a more character driven approach so Dolph's cop is not some superhuman robot.

Thanks!

Valdez co-wrote MISSIONARY MAN (2007) with Dolph, and while promoting the film in 2008, Dolph was talking about another "modern western" that he was working on with Frank Valdez and that pretty much sounded like WANTED MAN*. Is it possible that Dolph had him do a pass around that time?

Looking forward to this one, when it comes round on home entertainment formats.

Many thanks to the US Border Patrol and Imperial County Film Commission for accommodating the amazing @dolphlundgren and I on the crazy last minute scout we did yesterday for an upcoming feature film. Dolph is a class act (he took photos with all the fans and he's the coolest!) and the team down there is going to be incredible. And I'm really short! #actorheight #indiefilm
