South Korean film writer and director Kim Joo-Hwan (Midnight Runners) has a new supernatural martial arts movie, The Divine Fury (aka Saja), getting a 2019 release.  It has already been sold well internationally, to markets in Europe and Asia.  "Yong-hu, a world champion martial artist who believes in no God, only himself, suddenly develops stigmata on his palms.  Visiting a church in hopes of healing the stigmata, he ends up saving Father AHN, who falls into danger while performing an exorcism. In this way he learns of the power of the stigmata.  As time passes, Yong-hu accepts his new calling and begins saving people who are possessed by demons, but then he must prepare for a final confrontation with the evil Jisin, who ensnares  people with the power of the devil."   Park Seo-Joon (Midnight Runners) plays Yong-hu.  The cast also includes Ahn Sung-Ki (The Divine Weapon; The Divine Move), Woo Do-Hwan (Master), Choi Woo-Sik (Okja), Jung Ji-Hoon (Along with the Gods, both parts), and Kim Si-Eun (The Beauty Inside).  Info from  https://filmcombatsyndicate.com/the-divine-fury-park-seo-joon-prepares-for-a-martial-arts-war-with-the-devil-in-the-first-teaser/ and http://asianwiki.com/The_Divine_Fury

I took a chance on this one and thought it was bloody excellent. A dark-but-not-too dark exorcism thriller with the right amount of horror elements and satisfying action.

The old priest was a standout to me as, admittedly, some of the other characters were on the weaker side. But the story, while simple, was enjoyable enough.

The film gets slightly goofy with the MMA demon fight towards the end but it’s damn entertaining.

Dis I know what I needed a Korean handsome boy MMA exorcist in my life? No. But I’m happy I have one. Great stuff.

It was fantastic! Its was everything I hoped it would be. A nice blend of Religious Horror and Martial Arts. While it was low on actual fights, the ones that were there are really cool. There is suppose to be a sequel in the works called, "The Green Exorcist(TBA)". Cannot wait to see what they do with it..
