Masked Avengers, Five Element Ninja, no where close to Ricky but both are pretty bloody and each has a scene with someone's intestines

I agree. This one’s easily the most brutal martial arts film I’ve seen.

For me The night comes for us,The raid 2,Lone wolf and cub series and the ever reliable Sonny Chiba classic The Street fighter

Karate Kill is another really gory one. Most of the top contendors will fall into the category of being graphic for the sake of shock value like Karate Kill, Night Comes For Us, Riki Oh, or some Miike film or attempt to achieve their own idea of realism, something like the Raid or 13 Assassins could fall into that category.    

Maybe even Kung Fu Hustle with its sea of blood rushing through the hallway scene.

The sci-fi ninja/samurai movie Moon Over Tao has some serious bloodshed when the final boss is revealed.

Defiantly "The Raid(2011)" for the sheer amount of violence in it.

Avengement was extremely brutal and bloody. It also has the best Decapitation by Shotgun since William Lustig's Maniac (1980).
