William Charles "Chuck" Jeffreys III was born on July 23, 1958 in Washington D.C., and can be considered the "Eddie Murphy of Martial Arts Movies". He trained in Boxing, Tae Kwon Do, Wushu, and Northern Shaolin Kung Fu. He made his film debut in 1987's Fight to Win opposite Taekwondo champion George Chung and Cynthia Rothrock. He and Chung would reunite as mismatched partners in 1988's Hawkeye. He would reunite with Rothrock in 1992's Honor and Glory where he played villain turned hero Jake Armstrong and then he would appear in two of Seasonal Film's US crossovers, Superfights and Bloodmoon. He would also work as both a stuntman and stunt coordinator, the latter for the likes of Wesley Snipes on many of his films. He even choreographed the fight scenes for...Freddy vs. Jason as well as Spider-Man with Tobey Maguire.

He's worked with the likes of Steve Martin, Johnny Depp, Jesse Eisenberg, Don Cheadle, and even was the stunt coordinator of the short-lived series Las Vegas. Today, he is still working primarily as a stunt and fight coordinator.

He can be seen in Ghost Dog as a mugger who gets his butt kicked by his potential victim at the end of this clip

He had some very nice kicks, I really like his fights in Bloodmoon. Shame he didn't make the big time. He's very good at Eddie Murphy, naturally he looks just like him, but his voice and mannnerisms are spot on.

Cheers
