Heaven Inspector (2018) - Chen Kuan-Tai, Kane Kosugi

Looks like it was a made-for-digital web movie. According to https://en.hkcinema.ru/film/31294

It apparently came out in April. Kane Kosugi is the villain, an assassin named Ya Ba, who has a sever facial deformity. Just for the fact Kane and Chen are in it, I'd love to check this out, even if it turns out really bad (with the cheesy CGI effects).
