New Line Cinema has won the rights to finance a remake of the hit Korean zombie film Train to Busan. What has been confirmed is that James Wan is producing under his Atomic Monster label and It co-writer Gary Dauberman is writing the film.

Pointless remake. Like @ShaOW!linDudesaid, just watch the awesome original. You'll get to see Ma Dong-Seok pick up and slam a zombie into the celling of the train like a badass!

The film may be undergoing the title Last Train to New York. Until there is official confirmation, I won't change the title of the thread yet.

"Tjahjanto is currently attached to direct the New Line remake of Korean hit Train to Busan, which we hear could be titled  Last Train to New York. Atomic Monster and Gaumont are producing that feature alongside Gary Dauberman who wrote the script."

The film is officially called The Last Train to New York and the release date is set is April 21, 2023
