Nope, you'll find its Jay Sebring, both men look alike, and share the similar popular haircut of the day. We had the exact same discussion, when I posted this image in the BL picture thread months back. I've seen other sources say's its Jay Sebring too. Van Williams was also much bigger than Lee, whilst Sebring was around the same size, if you look at the the images below.
