Member whitesnake Posted May 12, 2018 Member Share Posted May 12, 2018 "Titan: Fighting Fantasy" is the first project to come from Fighting Tiger, a U.K. - Chinese film and TV venture, and is based on the Fighting Fantasy and Sorcery! novels and gamebooks by Steve Jackson and Ian Livingstone. The setting is the continent of Alanasia, the largest of three continents on the world of Titan, and "bears a strong resemblance to China 700 years ago" (Ming dynasty). Titan: Fighting Fantasy will be made into a 10-hour series for Chinese TV and online, with a budget of $30 million, and a script written by Zhang Haifan, "one of China's top novelists and screenwriters". U.K. film financier Paul Brett says, "We aim to produce a Chinese Game of Thrones." Titan: Fighting Fantasy will have "dragons, warriors, princesses, pirates, magical beasts, warlocks, giants, dwarves, magicians, and several European villains."
