Jackie Chan clone, Jacky Cheng Shou-Lung(Angel Terminators), stars alongside Bolo Yeung, in this false sequel to Fearless Hyena 2, with choreogprahy from Bruce Le(Huang Kin-Lung).

Member Omni Dragon Posted January 13, 2019 Member Share Posted January 13, 2019 (edited) It seems like there's a few movies that use the title Ultra Force in Germany. Especially the girls with guns movies. Yes, Madam (1985): Royal Warriors (1986): Tiger Cage (1988): Killing Angels (1989): Devil Hunters (1989): Also in Germany, Princess Madam (1989) was released as if it was the 4th Iron Angels movie: Edited January 13, 2019 by Silver and Gold Dragon

Looks like you could have a whole thread, just dedicated to misleading girls with guns releases. 2

Member DragonClaws Posted April 1, 2019 Member Share Posted April 1, 2019 (edited) This movie is often reffered to as Sister Street Fighter 4: Fifth Level Fist. While Etsuko Shihomi does star in this production. It's not related to the other films in the Sister Streetfighter series. Member Secret Executioner Posted July 3, 2019 Member Share Posted July 3, 2019 (edited) Disclaimer: better get some aspirin or ibuprofen or the likes handy for the possible headache coming out of this. I'm surprised nobody mentionned there exist: THREE Big Boss 2: the first one from 1976 stars Bruce Le and Lo Lieh and is also known as Big Boss Part II http://www.hkcinemagic.com/en/movie.asp?id=9724, the second one is a 1979 Dragon Lee film (also starring Bolo as a Japanese with a Hitler 'stache) that's also known as Dragon Bruce Lee 2 or Dragon Bruce Lee: Part II http://www.hkcinemagic.com/en/movie.asp?id=3145 and the third one is a 1980 movie with Casanova Wong best known as Lone Shaolin Avenger or The Mighty Four (as it is called on the Way of the 5 Finger Death Strike Mill Creek Entertainment 12-movie set) http://www.hkcinemagic.com/en/movie.asp?id=6749 a Jet Le (of Kung Fu Kids fame) movie called Little Kids beat the Boss can be found under the title Young Big Boss, (original title:) http://www.hkcinemagic.com/en/movie.asp?id=9329 not sure if it fits, but since I'm on a Big Boss-based title run... Dragon Sek's second Dragon the Master - known as Dragon the Master 2: Big Boss Untouchable - is sometimes only labelled by its subtitle http://www.hkcinemagic.com/en/movie.asp?id=7145 Fist of Fury 2 AKA Chinese Connection 2, starring Bruce Li http://www.hkcinemagic.com/en/movie.asp?id=2287 Bruce Li's excellent Jeet Kun the Claws and the Supreme Kung Fu is more famously known as Fist of Fury 3 http://www.hkcinemagic.com/en/movie.asp?id=6804 (and to add a layer of confusion, it's available in France as just "Fist of Fury" - I actually have this release of it) New Fist of Fury (with Jackie Chan billed as the star but actually in a minor role IIRC) http://www.hkcinemagic.com/en/movie.asp?id=1161 (and while the French release simply adds "nouvelle" - which is French for "new" - to the title of the original Bruce Lee movie like the English title does, it seems to be available as Meister aller Klassen 3 - or "Master of all classes 3" (?) - in Germany) a Dragon Sek (yes, that guy again) movie from the 1990s called Return of the Dragon also exists as New Fist of Fury 2 http://www.hkcinemagic.com/en/movie.asp?id=8895 Not sure if it's really mislabelling or actually a more accurate titling, but over here in France, Come drink with me is called L'Hirondelle d'Or ("The Golden Swallow") and Golden Swallow is called Le Retour de l'Hirondelle d'Or ("Return of the Golden Swallow"). Member Chu Liu Hsiang Posted July 4, 2019 Member Share Posted July 4, 2019 Haha, I feel dizzy now, despite sipping a double espresso while reading Chinese title of COME DRINK WITH ME translates to 'drunken knight' or 'big drunken hero' while GOLDEN SWALLOW is translation of the original title (a rare occasion, haha). More confusing German Jackie Chan titles: MEISTER ALLER KLASSEN = THE YOUNG MASTER, MEISTER ALLER KLASSEN 2 = SPIRITUAL KUNG FU. PROJECT A = DER SUPERFIGHTER, FEARLESS HYENA 2 = SUPERFIGHTER 2, FEARLESS HYENA = SUPERFIGHTER 3. More appropriateley, PROJECT A II = PROJECT B. WEALS ON MEALS = POWERMAN, TWINKLE TWINKLE LITTLE STAR = POWERMAN 2, HEART OF DRAGON = POWERMAN 3. MY LUCKY STARS = TOKYO POWERMAN. I need more coffee.

Don't quote me, but I think this thread's for misleading sequels, rather than a.k.a's for artial Arts movies?. That in itself, could be a whole series of thread/book's. Some movies have so many a.k.a's, you could dedicate a book just to one flick. I'll never forgive who-ever decided to re-package the Yuen Qui production Police Woman(1976), as Rumble in Hong Kong. Like it was some early pre-quel made in Hong Kong. As a new to the genre fan, it was a headscratcher sitting through that one.
