Impressed with the art-work, and why hasnt this movie been given a wider release on Blu-Ray/DVD over the year's?.

I have the French steelbook bluray.

I've got the Turbine mediabook. Betters the french release by having english subs for the non-english speaking parts. The steelbook will be the same disc.
