Another thing that I remember regarding Beauty heroine is that tse Gam Guk played Wang Ping's nanny, and that she was called Chao Maer in the movie.

So, it appears that I was right for the movie but not for the actress...And that I still have a good memory since I first watched this movie in the 70's...But the movie was surely cut since it seems to me that there were parts of the plot that didn't seem very clear to me at that time.

 

Thanks for the clip, it's always a pleasure to see Shan Kuan Ling Fung fighting in a movie and the other girl is good too.

you've got a good memory about film, and i forgot to ask just out of interest what language was beauty shown in and was there any subtitles

There were two "Dragon & Tiger" films from 1974 am not too sure but this one maybe a rare one...please help with further information and any corrections

To be honest..i cant remember, trying very hard to get info on all films,but am realising so far there all......RARE, not giving up and i know you aren't , lets keep each other posted on any outcomes

I just found a Chang Yi's movie I had never heard of !! Since he doesn't appear as the lead, maybe he doesn't have a big role, butr at least, he plays in it !

I first thought that it might have been the above movie, but the title only has 3 characters :

That movie name did sound similar to me but couldn't remember why.

It's because that I was looking for a movie by that same director and I did come across that name. 

"The Crisis" aka "Land of the Brave" which also stars a young Sammo Hung.

As you know, English isn't my first language, so, I'm not sure to have understtod if you mean that the unknown movie we're all trying to get details about would be the same as the Cthay's The crisis ? If so, it seems to me that the picture shown by ShawGolden doesn't fit the Cathay's movie  and I don't recognize the Chinese title.

Or is it that you say that looking for the unknown movie, you found The crisis ?

No, they are not the same movie.

I should have been more clearer.

"The Crisis" & "The Patriots" are both 2 different movies by the same director.

A few years back, I was looking for the movie "The Crisis" and as I was checking out the list of the director's other movies that is when I noticed the name "The Patriot" as part of his filmography. 

That is why I remember the name "The Patriots" - it is because of the director.
