Member DragonClaws Posted January 31, 2018 Author Member Share Posted January 31, 2018 Curious to know if Sheldon Lettich will return for A.W.O.L 2, which is the title of Liohneart in the U.K, or at least it was during the VHS days. Always been a favorite Van Damme film of mine, never expected a sequel to this one.

His movies have never been high art, and while he's mostly appearing in independent productions, he stills putting in a lot more effort than Seagal is. He's not let himself gain loads of weight, and gone round filming life less, five minute cameos in dozens of movies. He's also clearly trying to help his son and daughter get their foot on the ladder, who wouldnt do that for their kids?.

I think I'm just being judgy because, let's face it, do we need a "Lionheart 2" and "The Quest 2?" Maybe his stuff is head and shoulders above Seagal's work. I'm more interested in his up-coming movies The Bouncer and We Die Young, than the possibility of those sequels. He also appears to be attempting to play different character's, similar to how he did in Jean Claude Van Johnson, before they axed it. Enemies Closer was a below average DTV actioner, but his portrayal of the villian made it watchcable.
Member DragonClaws Posted May 20, 2018 Author Member Share Posted May 20, 2018 Van Dammed - Quote ‘VAN DAMNED’ is an intriguing look at one of the world’s most famous action stars, JEAN-CLAUDE VAN DAMME, as you’ve never seen him before. It is a hypnotic tale about Jean-Claude (JC) and his journey towards redemption and salvation. JC is living the life; he is famous, rich, has a beautiful wife and daughter but on the flip side, he is morally bankrupt and living a secret life of deception that is tearing his soul apart. ‘VAN DAMNED’ is a lurid story in which JC is finally called out for his deviant ways and must be held accountable for his actions in the search of redemption and a new and better life. Each character he meets is more frightening than the previous and they all know the truth about his ways. JC’s charm does not work on anyone in this world. It is as if he is skirting along the atmosphere between Purgatory and Dante’s 6th level of hell and JC is terrified for what he has to answer for along the way. The story is filled with exotic and dangerous locations and characters who each want of piece of JC, while some literally crave a pound of his flesh in order for him to answer for what he has done during the missteps in his life. Will JC finally find salvation at the end of his journey and reunite with his wife and daughter, not even JC knows for sure if this is even possible in the world of ‘VAN DAMNED.’ From MovieHole The Tower- Van Damme will be taking to the Directors chair for the following flick, starring his son Kris. No plot detials for the production yet, just this poster.
