For Hsiao Hou - you have "Pops" in his prime handling the choreography. For Yuen Biao - Sammo Hung also in his prime (70's/80's) handling the action. He has a little more ummph, as well as he most likely did a lot of contact training with Jackie and Sammo. Hsiao looks like a forms, acrobat guy.
