" Double-billed with THE SWORD AND THE CLAW theatrically and on this Blu-ray is BRAWL BUSTERS, a Korean martial arts film directed by Jeong-yong Kim picked up by producer Joseph Lai – later of IFD Films, the company that re-edited tons of unsellable Asian genre films into vehicles for actor Richard Harrison in the eighties – known elsewhere as DRAGON FROM SHAOLIN. I guess the question mark in the thread title is in relation to the fact that it's only the IFD tampered with cut of the original Korean movie (called 'Four Clans of Death'), which is fair enough.  I picked this up back when @JAMAL released it in 2015 (check it out here), but I'll definitely pick this up to support a legitimate release, and it's hard to beat a slice of Turkish movie madness.

What's the Turkish connection here?

Probably just distribution rights on behalf of the company, and since both films are of a similar market.

The main title being released is actually 'The Sword and the Claw', which is a Turkish action movie featuring the legendary Cüneyt Arkin.  'Dragon from Shaolin' (the IFD version of the Korean movie 'Four Clans of Death') is included as a bonus feature on the disc.
