Member DrNgor Posted February 14, 2018 Member Share Posted February 14, 2018 I watched the first fight scene from the 2016 Mainland film The Bodyguard, and there were a lot of throws and takedowns.

The heros introduction in IronHeart also features plenty of take-downs and throws. There's also one bone-breaking early Seagal influenced fight in there too. I think some of this movie has been toned down?, in general its not that violent by modern cinematic standards.

Member AlbertV Posted February 14, 2018 Member Share Posted February 14, 2018 The prison fight in The Raid 2 While Ong-Bak was most the acrobatic style fighting, the final fight did have shades of bone-breaking. Notably where Mum Jokmok's arm is broken by a goon only to have Jaa retaliate and break the goon's leg.
