That's precisely the scene I never saw in the movie and that made me wonder if the Fortune Star release was cut...

Actress Shu Pei-pei was quite good in Wrath of the Sword. Not only her Swordplay but also her characterization-- that of a brooding-type demeanor somewhat remindful of Nemuri Kyoshiro.
