Member DragonClaws Posted July 16, 2018 Author Member Share Posted July 16, 2018 The Lady Hermit(1971) Cheng Pei Pe(right) with Shih Sz(left). Decade's before a certain pop band made the term popular, and even longer before Hollywood started pushing it down every one's throats. Girl power was alive and well on screen in Asia, from the days of silent movies, to more modern films, such as this one.

Member ShawAngela Posted July 22, 2018 Member Share Posted July 22, 2018 The first movie I saw her in was te one where she is a policewoman and collaborates with Michelle Yeoh and i was totally mesmerized by her kicks upon her head, knocking an opponent being behind her ! I also saw her in A kid from Tibet, and maybe one or two other movies, but not a lot of them. However, I think that she fully deserves this award. Congratulations, Miss Rothrock !
