This movie is a topic elsewhere in the forum (including the most recent trailer), but it should also be mentioned here. "Legend of the White Dragon is an upcoming American science-fiction superhero film directed by Aaron Schoenke." from Wikipedia.

"Follow the journey of Erik Reed (the White Dragon), who, after losing an epic battle with the ancient overlord, Ashtagor, is blamed for the decimation of the city and the tragic loss of innocent lives during the conflict. After his secret identity is revealed, Erik is forced to flee Virtuo City & live the solitary existence of a fugitive, remaining at large for over three years. Tortured by the separation from his family & the guilt he carries from the loss of innocent lives in battle, Erik returns to Virtuo City, only to discover that a new threat has arisen - Dragon Prime, a mysterious dark force, possessed by the desire to seek revenge on Reed for his actions. To clear his name, protect his family, & defeat an ancient evil, Reed has only one option... to become the White Dragon once again." from https://tokusatsu.fandom.com/wiki/Legend_of_the_White_Dragon

From https://cityonfire.com/iko-uwais-returns-to-sci-fi-once-again-for-warpath-from-beyond-skyline-director-liam-odonnell/  "Martial arts star Iko Uwais (The Raid, The Raid 2, Headshot) is reteaming with director Liam O'Donnell (Beyond Skyline) for Warpath, an upcoming sci-fi actioner. The film will also reunite Uwais with his The Raid co-star Yayan Ruhian, as well as his Triple Threat co-star, Scott Adkins (John Wick 4, Ip Man 4)."  As well as directing, Liam O'Donnell also gets the writing credits. "Warpath marks Uwais' 4th venture into the sci-fi genre, which started with a bit part in 2015's Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens, then in 2017's Beyond Skyline, and in the upcoming Ash."

From https://nilsenreport.ca/iko-uwais-and-scott-adkins-take-on-new-roles-for-skyline-warpath/  Plot for Warpath (aka Skyline: Warpath)  - "Warpath commences by showcasing the night of the initial alien invasion in the first film. The film will then follow Sua, a character [played by Iko Uwais] from Beyond Skyline in his journey of self actualization from a criminal nobody to a fully formed leader. Now, with the Resistance movement facing its dawn around Mark and Rose Corley, Sua clashes her uncle, the power hungry Eric Corley in their different opinions. Setting off on his own, Sua finds himself in a small town of survivors and outcasts under the threat of When Harvester aliens. Soon, Sua discovers the Radial Gauntlet, a mysterious alien artifact that has been buried on earth for a long time. However, both the vicious Harvester and a rival human gang are after the Radial artifact, and before it is too late, Sua must transport it across a harsh jungle terrain to reach the Resistance."

From https://cityonfire.com/raid-martial-arts-star-iko-uwais-joins-eiza-gonzalez-and-aaron-paul-in-flying-lotus-sci-fi-action-thriller-ash/  ”Ever rising martial arts star Iko Uwais... is joining Eliza Gonzalez (Ambulance) and Aaron Paul (Breaking Bad) for Ash, an upcoming sci-fi thriller, that's currently in-production. Directing Ash is musician/filmmaker Steven D. Bingley-Ellison... who mostly known as his stage name, Flying Lotus. The XYZ/GFC-produced film also stars Beulah Koale (Dual), Kate Elliott (Power Rangers Ninja Steel), and Flying Lotus (Game Over, Man). The plot of Ash follows a woman (Gonzalez) who wakes up on a distant planet and finds the crew of her space station viciously killed. She must now decide if she can trust the man (Paul) sent to rescue her." This movie is not to be confused with the 2023 horror thriller, Ash, directed by and costarring Jackson Paraiso.

I also enjoyed watching Alienoid, but it's been awhile. So when the sequel is released, I'll watch them both together.
