Well from what I recall about it, it does have SF elements (and obviously MA elements).

How about Kung Fury the movie, sequel to the Kung Fury short?  Variety article movie plot description - "The feature film will be set in 1985 in Miami, which is kept safe under the watchful eye of the police officer Kung Fury through his Thundercops police force. After the tragic death of a Thundercop causes the group to disband, a mysterious villain emerges from the shadows to aid in the Fuhrer’s quest to attain the ultimate weapon."  While the IMDB description says - "The story will focus on Kung Fury's universe with no real connection to the short movie other than the lead character", we know the movie will have martial arts, and, with that connection to the Fuhrer's quest, there should be some sci-fi elements.  The Barbarianna character will be in the movie, and Hackerman is rumored to appear as well.

Sounds like it fits, a lot of the action in the short, looked like it had been lifted from The Streets Of Rage games.

Came across this Japanese movie - Lady Ninja: A Blue Shadow (Lady Ninja aoi kage, 2018) while researching another post - "In the near future, the economy has collapsed and the country has turned into a ghetto.  A secret agency, Gokuraku, has been created by the government.  Secret agents Aya and Chinatsu's mission is to fight against one of the largest international companies, Kuroda Group.  Secret agents are called 'Lady Ninja', and they use a traditional Japanese umbrella-like tool called 'sangoku' to defeat evil.  One day Yasha, their most powerful enemy, appears in front of the Lady Ninjas.  Who will survive?  The Lady Ninjas fight for a brighter future for our country."  Japanese release date was January 20, 2018.

From a recent Instagram post by Alain Moussi, it looks like his next project after Kickboxer 3, Jiu-Jitsu, will have a sci-fi element to it. Certainly something to keep an eye on, when they start production later this year.

Legends of the Three Kingdoms (aka Love Illusion aka San Guo Sha: Nu Shen Yue Ma) is a 2018 Chinese sci-fi/fantasy martial arts action movie starring Ekin Cheng (Young and Dangerous), Jia Qing (White Vengeance), Yu Rongguang (Swordsman III: East is Red), Michael Tse (Young and Dangerous), and Jerry Lamb (Young and Dangerous).  The movie is written and directed by Lu Kejing.  The plot revolves around a long-running card game that "teaches people to identify loyalty and treachery" and to "distinguish between right and wrong".  The game traces back to Zuo Ci, a Taoist sage from the Three Kingdoms period.  (I assume it's loosely based on the Legends of the Three Kingdoms Chinese card game.)   Ekin Cheng is the hero whose "unique blood... can activate the Artifact," a glowing golden lion head.  Info from chinesemov.com.  Another plot description - The movie is about "the battles to recover two ancient artifacts that are said [to] harness the astonishing powers of the Heroes Gate."  Info from  http://www.fareastfilms.com/?news_post_type=trailer-love-illusion.

The Chinese fantasy epic, Asura (2018), previously posted in this thread, is China's most expensive film ever made (to date).  It flopped big-time this past weekend on its opening  release in China, and the film was yanked from theaters.  "A representative from Zhenjian Film, which is credited as lead producer, later told Chinese news site Sina.  'This decision was made not only because of the bad box office.  We plan to make some changes to the film and release it again.' Super Mechs is a 2018 Chinese movie, opening August 26, set in 2066 (except it looks too much like present day).  There are combat suits, too similar to that of Iron Man, but in other colors.  The martial arts is in the combat styles used by two men in combat suits in what is a good vs. evil struggle.  Good is white; evil is silver-grey, carrying two slim swords.  Super Mechs is directed by Cui Junjie, and stars Peng Yusi (Justice Bao TV series, 2014), Sam Lee (Lost in Hong Kong), and Zhu Jiaxi (Justice Bao TV series, 2014).  Replacement Trailer here - and it disappeared too.  Here's a poster from chinesemov.com

Yet another new trailer from HK Cinema Youtube Channel.  Dollhouse is a new Chinese sci-fi movie.  Based on the trailer, the plot looks like - an older professor-type builds three androids, beautiful women, modeled after dolls, who have super-speed, the ability to leap high, and they're crime-fighters in a large city.  And of course they use martial arts.  Chinese theatrical release date is August 21, 2018.  I haven't found any other info about Dollhouse, except for the trailer.

@DiP announced the new trailer for this in another topic, but the movie should be included here too - Iceman 2: The Time Traveler, since the Donnie Yen character uses a time-travel orb to return to the past and attempt to change the history of China.
