Member AlbertV Posted April 18, 2017 Member Share Posted April 18, 2017 Coming to the U.S. on May 5 in select theaters nationwide. The film is set during the Joseon Dynasty, where power was persistently threatened by political and social tug-of-wars, often leading to crimes and cover-ups. King Yejong (Lee Sun-kyun), takes it upon himself to gather evidence related to these criminal activities and solve the cases, bringing those responsible to justice. Helping King Yejong is his brilliant assistant, Seo (Ahn Jae-hong). In Hanyang, there were rumors of an event that would take place in an attempt to dethrone the king. Sensing opposition brewing, Yejong recruits Seo to help him discover the truth behind the unusual and potentially treasonous incident.

Member whitesnake Posted April 19, 2018 Member Share Posted April 19, 2018 The King's Case Note is probably getting a Blu-ray and DVD release from CJ Entertainment in August 2018. Info here - https://videoeta.com/items/193760-the-king's-case-note UpPdate - Videoeta's home entertainment months of release are estimates, until an official estimate is made. A title on DVD or Blu-ray doesn't always get released that month after all, but The King's Case Note's home entertainment release will be some time in future from CJ Entertainment.
