Member DragonClaws Posted March 18, 2017 Member Share Posted March 18, 2017 Nick Park returns to directing, with his latest animated production Early Man. There's also plans for a sequel to the Shaun The Sheep movie in the pipeline too. IMDB synopsis- Set at the dawn of time, when dinosaurs and woolly mammoths roamed the earth, Early Man tells the story of how one plucky caveman unites his tribe against a mighty enemy and saves the day!. Member SamSeed Posted March 19, 2017 Member Share Posted March 19, 2017 Looks great. Always sad there was never more Wallace and Gromit, but better to be left with a few brilliant films than a lot of mediocre ones.
Member whitesnake Posted November 11, 2018 Member Share Posted November 11, 2018 "Wallace & Gromit' Producer Aardman Animations Transfers Ownership to Employees" - "Founders Peter Lord and David Sproxton say they're not - yet - quitting the iconic, Oscar-winning studio that they founded more than 40 years ago, but want to ensure that it maintains its independence and doesn't become just another asset on a balance sheet... Aardman employs around 130 full time staff across its two bases in Bristol, U.K., but this figure jumps to around 320 as production teams are hired to work on their major films (such as the currently-shooting Farmageddon: A Shaun the Sheep Movie, which will be followed immediately with Chicken Run 2)."
