Member teako170 Posted December 28, 2016 Member Share Posted December 28, 2016 Here's a nice behind the scenes shot with Jackie and the late Fung Hak-On (馮克安).

Member Cognoscente Posted June 25, 2021 Member Share Posted June 25, 2021 It would have been nice if Golden Harvest had made a b-t-s documentary since this movie marked a special occasion for both JC and GH.

Member starschwar Posted August 11, 2021 Member Share Posted August 11, 2021 (edited) I just saw the footage exclusive to the Taiwanese cut for the first time. Spoiler Jackie's old man disguise is explicitly mistaken for Beggar So. Soon thereafter, there is a wanted poster bearing the likeness of Simon Yuen Siu Tin. Does anyone happen to know why this was cut from the Hong Kong version? I know Jackie infamously overshot his Golden Harvest debut and they had to shave off a lot of time. Was there some other rationale for its removal? It's just such a charming notion, and so brief, I can't see any harm in retaining it. Member Cognoscente Posted August 11, 2021 Member Share Posted August 11, 2021 Ever since the '70s, there was this idea of selling different versions with exclusive footage e.g. the Korean version of Warriors Two.

Member Cognoscente Posted August 11, 2021 Member Share Posted August 11, 2021 I haven't seen it, but I remember someone referencing it on the forum two decades ago. Toby Russell might know more about it. Korean versions are a mixed bag. For every Hitman in the Hand of Buddha, you get a Ninja in the Dragon's Den.
