The new team are called Uchuu Sentai Kyuuranger (Space Sentai Kyuranger). A few weeks ago, a toy catalog revealed the team suits and mechas (or as we know them here...Zords). The core team will have five rangers, with four more rangers arriving in later episodes. ShishiRedOokamiBlue OushiBlack ChameleonGreen (first female Green Ranger in Sentai history) KajikiYellow SasoriOrange WashiPink TenbinGold HebitsuakiSilver The Zords will be known as Voyagers and they will be named after their Ranger (i.e. ShishiVoyager) and combine to form the first MegaZord, KyuuRenOh The series is scheduled to premiere on February 12, 2017 on TV Asahi. The cast has been announced with character descriptions: Takami Kizu will play Lucky/Shishi Red, a traveling warrior from outer space who was born from the Shishi system.Sakurako Ookuba will play Hami/Chameleon Green, a space ninja from the Chameleon system. She makes history as the first female green ranger in Super Sentai History.Tetsuji Sakakihara will play Spada/Kajiki Yellow, a cook from the Kaijiki system who's main goal in life is to become a top chef of the universe.Taiki Yamazaki will play Naga Ray/Hebitsukai Silver, an emotionless warrior from the Hebitsukai system.Yousuke Kishi will play Stinger/Sasori Orange, a mysterious warrior from the Sasori system. The remaining four Rangers will be played by suit actors. Member AlbertV Posted April 3, 2017 Author Member Share Posted April 3, 2017 This month, the Kyurangers will have their 10th and 11th members of the team: RyuCommander, formerly RyuViolet, is the alter ego of Shou Ronpou, the Kyurangers' commander in charge of the Orion ship. Koguma Sky Blue is the alter ego of youngster Kotaro, played by Shota Taguchi, who made his debut actually in episode 5 of the series when the Kyurangers go to Earth and Kotaro along with his little brother, swore to protect the Earth from Jark Matter. Stinger (SasoriOrange), still reeling from the betrayal of his older brother Scorpio (who became a Jark Matter assassin), decides to take Kotaro to the Orion and with the team's support, Kotaro becomes the new 11th Ranger. Also, Shishi Red will have an upgrade to become ShiShi Red Orion. The Orion Kyutama will also get to be used by the other 8 Rangers when needed for upgrades!
