Master Shi

Hello guys,

I am trying to find old kung fu movie which I have seen as a child. I knew it as Master Shi (or perhaps Chi), but cannot find it anywhere, so probably its original name is different.

There is one very significant thing in the movie, a bad guy kills by two fingers (the last one and the first one, not thumb) which he hides behind a coat in his fighting posture. He strikes to heart and so he kills. Does this ring bell to anybody?
